2.	Declarations of Interest To disclose any Personal or Disclosable Pecuniary Interests Minutes: There were no declarations of interest.
3.	Exclusion of the Public To resolve to exclude the press and public from the meeting for the following agenda items pursuant to paragraph 4 of Part 1 of the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006 Minutes: RESOLVED That the press and public be excluded for the following items which are exempt by virtue of paragraph 11 or Part 1 of the Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 because it contains information relating to an individual about consultation and negotiations on labour relations matters.
4.	Tier 2 DSP Ratings View the reasons why item 4. is restricted To consider the recommendations relating to Tier 2 DSP ratings. Minutes: The Committee discussed the DSP ratings for the Senior Management Team. RESOLVED The Committee ENDORSED the DSP ratings for the Chief Executives’ Senior Management Team. The Committee discussed the DSP rating for the Chief Executive. RESOLVED The Committee ENDORSED the DSP ratings for the Chief Executive.
5.	Date of Next Meeting The next meeting will be held on Thursday 22 June 2017 at 10.00am in Mezzanine 1, County Hall, Aylesbury. Future meeting: Friday 23 June 2017 at 4.15pm in The Holiday Inn, Aston Clinton, Aylesbury (special meeting). Minutes: The next meeting will be on 22 June 2017 at 10am.
