DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2002 – PUBLIC FOOTPATHS AT SIBLETS WOOD, PARISH OF CHALFONT ST PETER

The Executive were consulted about the above public footpath.  The Definitive Map Modification Order 2002 Public Footpaths at Siblets Wood, Chalfont St Peter was made by Buckinghamshire County Council on 12th February 2002 and the matter went to Public Inquiry on 18th February 2003.

Members will recall that a request had been received from Mrs Noble for a contribution, from the Council,  towards the Public Inquiry expenses, which may be  incurred.

At the Community and Leisure Services Committee on 16 May 2000  it was resolved that the Policy and Finance Committee be requested to agree a supplementary estimate of up to £5,000 which was, subsequently, resolved at Full Council on 20 June 2000.

The Decision of the Secretary of State has now been received and the above Order has not been confirmed.
