Minutes:

A Joint Staffing Sub-Committee was established to deal with the appointment to the vacancy of Head of Planning and Economic Development and that the membership of the Sub-Committee be delegated to the Chief Executive in consultation with the respective Cabinet Leaders.

 

As such, the Sub-Committee met to interview the short-listed candidates for the post of Head of Planning and Economic Development and following which Members then

 

RESOLVED:

 

That an offer of appointment for the post of Head of Planning and Economic Development be made to Mark Jaggard, subject to no objections being received by 11 am on Wednesday, 28 March 2018 from the Council’s respective Cabinet Leaders, and that the Chief Executive be authorised in consultation with the Human Resources Manager to agree a start date and make the formal offer of appointment.
