Decision Taken

That the Council’s maximum limit on the price of property that applicants under the Cash Incentive Scheme may purchase on the open market be increased from £200,000 to £210,000 to reflect the general increase in property prices.

Reasons for Decision

Market prices in this area have increased since the last time the price limit was reviewed.  To remain attractive to potential applicants, it is considered that the price limit needs to be raised to reflect local price increases.
