Decision Taken

To advise the Wycombe Air Park Joint Consultative Committee of the comments of WDC, as set out in the appendix to the report, on their proposed amendments to the Constitution of that Committee.

Reasons for Decision

The reasons for each of the comments made are detailed in the appendix.

Consultation Undertaken

The Council is responding to a consultation.  Public consultation is not therefore appropriate by the Council.  Internal officers were consulted.  As Ward Councillors are representatives on the JCC consultation with them was also not appropriate.
