1.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

2.       ANTELOPE PUBLIC HOUSE, CHURCH SQUARE, HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKS

The Panel met to conduct a Hearing into a premises licence application in respect of the Antelope Public House, Church Square, High Wycombe.

Members noted that the requested hours and activities mirrored those on the current licence.  The only changes to the licence related to the structure of the buildings, beer garden and the locality of alcohol sales.  (A plan of the premises was submitted as an Appendix.)

Representatives of the Antelope Public House were present to answer Members’ questions.  It was noted that agreement had been reached with the Fire Officer concerned regarding occupancy levels of the interior of the premises (not to exceed 200 persons).

(At this juncture the representatives of the Antelope Public House, the Licensing Manager and Licensing Officer left the meeting.)

The Panel considered its decision with particular reference to the Council’s policy in matters of public safety and it was:

 

RESOLVED: That the application for a premises licence in respect of the Antelope Public House, Church Square, High Wycombe be approved subject to the additional conditions limiting the occupancy of the internal areas to a maximum of 200 persons.
