The Portfolio Holder considered a report which sought agreement for a new easement at Stoke Park East drive as part of the redevelopment proposals.

Having considered the comments of the Resources PAG which were received via email, the Portfolio Holder RESOLVED that an easement be granted subject to payment of the consideration as advised by the Council’s valuers and the Council’s legal fees.
