MINUTES

 

RESOLVED -

 

That the Minutes of the meeting held on 31st May, 2001 be approved as a correct record subject to the following additions in the Appendix to the Minutes.

01/0550/APP - Brill - Change of use of land to educational and erection of 1.35m high post and rail fencing with gates, land at The Firs

01/0479/APP, erection of three dwellings with associated garaging, Dunwich, Brackley Road, Buckingham; and 01/0566/APP, erection of dwelling and garage, land at Main Street, Turweston.

To enable a panel of Members with the arboriculturalist to visit the site.

01/0503/APP, Change of use from retail (Class A1) to restaurant and ancillary takeaway (Class A3) at ground floor and part first floor with offices (Class A2) on part first, second and third floors, 21 Kingsbury, Aylesbury.

To enable Officers to seek agreement to exclude take-away use from the description of the proposal with the applicant and to seek further advice from HOEH and BCC (Highways) and the Access Officer, if appropriate.

01/0615/APP, two storey side extension, 18 Phipps Close, Aylesbury.

To enable Officers to negotiate amendments to the proposal to clarify the number of bedrooms with the applicant and to report the matter back to committee.

00/3028/APP, Conversion and extension of redundant farm buildings to form 6 dwellings, Warren Farm, Warren Road, Little Horwood.

To enable Officers to negotiate a comprehensive scheme to provide a mix of employment and residential use for all the site on a without prejudice basis.

 

 

 

(b)

RESOLVED -

 

That the Head of Development Control be authorised to determine the application indicated below, any permission given to be subject to the views of the HODS (HBA) regarding the fireplace and to such conditions as the Head of Development Control considers appropriate.

 

00/2474/APP & 00/2475/ALB, refurbishment of public house including erection of single storey side extension, side porch, single storey rear extension and various other internal and external alterations, The Woolpack, 21 Risborough Road, Stoke Mandeville.

 

The Head of Development Control reported that four further representations had been received together with a petition containing 138 signatures which raised objection to matters already covered in the report.  These were taken into account and duly considered before the above decision was made.

That the applications submitted under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990 (as amended) and the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order, 1995 be determined as set out in the Appendix to these Minutes.

RESOLVED -

 

That the Committee had no objection to the work that should be carried out in accordance with BS3998 Tree Works.
