RESOLVED - |

That the Minutes of 26th May, 2004 be approved as a correct record. |

A call-in had been received following a decision by Cabinet, at its meeting on 20th July, 2004, in relation to the future management of Kingsbury. The call-in request was on the grounds that the Cabinet's decision had been taken without consultation with Aylesbury Town Council. |
|||
The Committee was told of the background to the decision and the reasons for the objection to the decision. |
|||
Members generally had concerns that the Town Council had not been fully consulted prior to a decision being made. |
|||
Officers apologised for the oversight and offered to meet with the local Member and the Town Council for further discussions. |

After consideration of the reasons for the decision and the acknowledgement that the Town Council be consulted on any further issues, it was |

That the matter would not be referred back to the Cabinet or full Council and to allow the decision to be implemented immediately. |
