1) to ADOPT the updated statutory Public Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2020 – 2030 (RoWIP2) as attached as Appendix A

2) To CONTINUE to use the Buckinghamshire Public Rights of Way – Planning & Development Policy as an addendum to the new plan, attached as Appendix B

3) That the Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2020 – 2030 is REVIEWED after 5 years in 2025.
