Decision:
1. Proposing a new build-out near village
entry as traffic calming feature on Aylesbury Road, Cuddington.
There is insufficient space to provide build-out within the
existing 30mph limit in order to provide a speed reducing feature
before the built-up area.
2. Therefore it is also proposed to extend the existing 30mph speed
limit area and reduce the existing 50mph to provide build-out on
Aylesbury Road, Cuddington.
Reasons for the decision:
Transport for Buckinghamshire was commissioned
by Cuddington Parish Council to undertake design and statutory
consultation on the proposal of traffic calming build out and
extension of the existing 30 mph Speed Limit. Statutory
consultation has been undertaken and no objections have been
received with all responses supportive for the proposals.
