The Leader AGREED that Buckinghamshire Council supports delivery of digital infrastructure alongside the construction of the Western Section of EWR and AGREED to the use of Work In Kind (WiK) funding (a local Buckinghamshire contribution of £456,000) being used to deliver digital connectivity along the route.
