S106 Scheme for the provision of a speed limit TRO in Dollicott, Hadddenham, and its adjoining roads. This is to mitigate concerns relating to road safety as a result of increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic, following residential development in the immediate vicinity. The proposal relates to an area wide 20mph speed limit being introduced in the residential streets.

The Leader:

a.                    AUTHORISED the making of the Traffic Regulation Order, as set out in this report for the Dollicott 20 mph speed limit & to its adjacent side roads, as advertised during the Statutory Consultation process.

b.                    AGREED that responders to the Statutory Consultation be informed of the Decision.

c.                     AGREED that the final TRO will be amended to reflect that Platers road will only have the 20 mph speed limit introduced to the publicly maintained section of the highway
