Decision:

To grant two Licences for Alterations for erection of Floodlights on one Tennis Court and for the construction of a Mini Practice Court on land already leased to the Chalfont St. Peter Tennis Club.

Reasons for the decision:

Planning Consent has already been granted for the works. The Council is supportive of the proposed works in order to facilitate improvements to the Tennis Club. The erection of Floodlights is due to take place in June 2021 with the construction of the Mini Practice Court to take place much later in July or August 2021. The Method Statements for the Mini Practice Court will not be available until July. Therefore, two separate Licence for Alterations will be required
