Apologies had been received from Councillor Martin Tett.  Councillor John Chilver, Vice Chairman, acted as Chairman in Councillor Tett’s absence.  Apologies were also received from Councillor Steven Lambert but were not mentioned at the meeting.

Note 1:  Rachael Shimmin, Chief Executive Officer, arrived at 13.09 pm.
