Resolved:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 12 January 2022 be

approved as a correct record.

There were none.

Deferred from the meeting held on 15 December 2021 to allow for a Members site visit to take place

CM/0066/20 Proposal: Planning Application made under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Condition 1 (Plans), Condition 2 (Operating Hours) and Condition 3 (Lorry Movements) of planning permission 08/20007/AWD at Lockharts Farm Recycling Facility, Wing Road, Cublington, LU6 0LB.

CM/0018/21 Proposal: Installation of concrete walling, litter netting, fuel tanks and water tank.

It was proposed by Councillor Fealey as the Chairman and unanimously agreed by Members to

resolve:

that applications CM/0066/20 and CM/0018/21 be deferred for consideration at a subsequent meeting of the Committee, to allow officers time to assess the wording for the suggested reasons for refusal as discussed at the meeting.

Proposal: Erection of phoenix sculpture on a brick chimney.

It was proposed by Councillor Town, seconded by Councillor Stuchbury and

resolved:

that application 21/04677/APP be approved subject to appropriate conditions specified in the officer’s report.

To confirm Members’ availability to undertake site visits on 6 April 2022 if required.

Details on any site visits deemed appropriate to occur prior to an application’s consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the Committee would be communicated to Members as necessary.
