Declarations of Interest Additional documents: Minutes: Councillor T Egleton: PL/20/4026/FA – declared a Personal Interest under the Council’s Code of Conduct as he was a Member of the Wexham and Ivers Community Board who received a presentation from Denham Parish Council on the application. There was no discussion on the item and he did not express a view on the application and had therefore not pre-determined the application. He stated that he had an open mind and would listen to the debate and come to a decision.

Additional documents: Minutes: Redevelopment of site to provide 7 dwellings, comprising 4 open market dwellings and 3 affordable dwellings, with access, landscaping and associated works.
Following a full debate Members voted in favour of the motion that the application be deferred for a decision at a future Planning Committee to enable further discussion between Council Officers, Cabinet Members and the Parish Council relating to the use of the existing building for community purposes.
