Members voted in favour of the motion to approve the application subject to the conditions as stated in the report. The motion was tied whereupon the Chairman used his casting vote in favour of the motion.

PL/21/1785/FA - Victoria Cottage, High Street, Taplow, Buckinghamshire, SL6 0EX Additional documents: Minutes: Demolition of single storey rear projection (unlisted building within a Conservation Area) and erection of single storey rear extension, alterations to roof including insertion of 2 rear rooflights, rendering to walls and adjustment to the existing parking arrangements.
Members voted in favour of the motion to defer the application pending a site visit.
