Members voted in favour of the motion to approve the application subject to Condition 9 being updated to read:
“Notwithstanding the Biodiversity enhancement plan provided, prior to any above ground construction works commencing on site, an ecological/biodiversity enhancement scheme shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This should include full details and specifications of bat and bird boxes. The development shall be carried out and maintained in accordance with the approved scheme and details. Reason: To protect and enhance the biodiversity and ecology of the site. (Core Policy 9 of the South Bucks Local Development Framework Core Strategy (adopted February 2011) refers.
