Councillor M Bracken: Planning application PL/21/4690/FA – declared a non-pecuniary interest as he was a member of Gerrards Cross Town Council and a member of Gerrards Cross Town Council Planning Committee, but did not attend the meeting where this application was discussed and therefore had not discussed this application and made no pre-determination. He declared he had an open mind, would listen to the debate before voting on the application.

Following a full debate, Members voted in favour of the motion to delegate approval of the application, contrary to officer’s recommendation, subject to conditions being delegated to Officers and to include the removal of Permitted Development Rights.
