Councillor M Bracken: Planning application PL/21/4690/FA – declared a non-pecuniary interest as he was a member of Gerrards Cross Town Council and a member of Gerrards Cross Town Council Planning Committee, but did not attend the meeting where this application was discussed and therefore had not discussed this application and made no pre-determination. He declared he had an open mind, would listen to the debate before voting on the application.

To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 27 September 2022.

The Minutes of the meeting held on 27 September 2022 were agreed as an accurate record.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of detached dwelling with associated bin and cycle stores and hardstanding.

This application was the subject of a site visit.

Members noted the written update provided at the meeting.

Following a full debate, Members voted in favour of the motion to delegate approval of the application, contrary to officer’s recommendation, subject to conditions being delegated to Officers and to include the removal of Permitted Development Rights.

It was proposed by Councillor M Bracken and seconded by Councillor S Chhokar

       Resolved: That the application be approved with conditions delegated to the Director of Planning & Environment to include the removal of Permitted Development Rights.

Day room amenity buildings and associated works for 2 existing Gypsy/Traveller pitches.

Members voted in favour of the motion to approve the application.

Councillor P Griffin, Ward Councillor, had submitted a representation which was read to the Committee by the Democratic Services Officer.
