To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held 14 September  2021.

Resolved:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on 14^th September, 2021 be approved as a correct record.

Councillor Caffrey declared a personal interest as a local Ward Member. However, he confirmed that he was not predetermined on the application.

Councillor Collins declared a personal interest as the skip hiring company involved in the application operated from within his Ward. However, he was not predetermined on the application.

Proposal

Continuation of the development at Hangar 5 and on adjoining land at variance to conditions 6 (Vehicle Movements) and 11 (Waste Throughput) attached to planning permission CM/0022/19, to increase vehicle movements and the annual waste throughput limit.

That application CM/0037/21 be deferred and delegated to officers for approval, subject to the agreement of a S106 to secure vehicle routing.

That in the event that it was necessary to arrange site visits in respect of the agenda for the meeting on Thursday 6th January 2022, these would take place on Wednesday 5^th January 2022.
