To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held XX Month 2021.

Resolved:

That the Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 2^nd February 2022 be approved as a correct record.

Councillor Smith declared a personal interest as a Member of Haddenham Parish Council, who had registered objections to the application. However, he confirmed that he was not present at the meeting which discussed the application, and was not predetermined on the matter.

Proposal:

Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with a generating capacity of up to 49.99 MW, including mounting system, battery storage units, inverters, underground cabling, stock proof fence, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, DNO substation, landscaping and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 40 years.

It was Proposed by Councillor Chapple, Seconded by Councillor Khan and

resolved:

that application 21/02821/APP be approved subject to the conditions outlined in the officers’ report, and as amended in the update sheet accompanying the report.

To confirm Members’ availability to undertake site visits on 29^th March if required.

The Chairman confirmed that any necessary site visits for applications prior to their consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the committee would occur on 29th March.
