To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held 6 July 2022.

Resolved:

That the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 6^th July 2022 be agreed as a correct record.

Councillor G Smith declared a personal interest in application 21/00215/ADP as both a resident of Haddenham and a member of the Parish Council that had submitted comments on the application. Councillor Smith also declared that prior to his election as a Councillor, he had submitted an objection to the application as a resident of Haddenham, however the issues to which he had objected had since been resolved. Therefore, he was not predetermined on the application and intended to consider it with an open mind.

Proposal: Householder application for removal of existing conservatory and erection of single storey flat roofed rear extension.

Proposal: Application for approval of Reserved Matters (pursuant to outline consent ref: 17/02280/AOP for 273 dwellings) relating to Phase 1 of the site and seeking approval for 153 dwellings and associated landscaping and open space (appearance, scale, layout, and landscaping).

that the reserved matters for application 21/00215/ADP be approved according to the amended conditions set out in the corrigendum to the officer’s report, and with an additional delegation to officers to explore the possibility of installing a practical barrier to prevent the illegitimate use of the bridleway.
