Application 18/07194/OUT – Tralee Farm, Wycombe Road, Holmer Green

Cllr Jonathan Waters confirmed that he had called in the application to confirm areas of concern; he had followed the guidance and it was a neutral call-in.  Cllr Waters stated that he had not pre-determined the application and he would maintain an open mind and make a decision following the debate.  Cllr Waters also mentioned that he knew Jane Fallon, in respect of her being a local councillor in Holmer Green which was the ward he represented; Jane Fallon was speaking as an objector.

Cllr Richard Newcombe declared an interest in that he was one of Buckinghamshire Council’s representatives on the Chiltern Conservation Board (CCB) which was the board responsible for the area of outstanding natural beauty.  He had noted that the CCB had submitted an observation with regard to the application.  Cllr Newcombe stated that he had no part in formulating the observation and did not consider that he had any need to disqualify himself from sitting on the committee for this meeting.
