The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and officers assisting the Members were introduced. Also in attendance were the applicant from the Thames Valley Police, the Licensing Holder and his representatives.

Declarations of interest

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

To consider an application under s.51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a review of the premises licence in respect of Anatolia Food Centre, 51 - 52 Oxford Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2DJ(report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for the review of a premises licence, in respect of which further relevant representations had been received. The review application had been submitted by Mr Andy Dean on behalf of Thames Valley Police (“the applicant”) in respect of Anatolia Food Centre, 51-52 Oxford Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2DJ (“the premises”).

 

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision notice.
