The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. In attendance were Mr N Conrad, the applicant, as well as Cllr Mark Turner (representing Fawley Parish Council) and Ms Claire Wathes who had submitted representations on this application.

There were none.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To consider an application under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of The Legends Festival, The Henley Showground, Marlow Lane, Henley-on-Thames, Buckinghamshire, RG9 3AP (application and report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by Mr Nicholas Conrad of Starlight Concerts Live (Entertainment), Starlight Concerts, Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, Islington, London, EC1V 2NX (“the applicant”) in respect of The Legends Festival, The Henley Showground, Marlow Lane, Henley-on-Thames, Buckinghamshire, RG9 3AP (“the premises”).

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision notice.
