The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. In attendance were Mr Lawrence Eldridge of Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards as well as Mr Surenda Punchal on behalf of the licensing holder and Mr Sethi, the licence holder.

There were none.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To consider an application under s.51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a review of the premises licence in respect of High Wycombe Food & Wine, 180 Desborough Road, High Wycombe, HP11 2QA (application and report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a review of a premises licence by Mr Lawrence Eldridge on behalf of Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards (“the applicant”) in respect of High Wycombe Food and Wine, 180 Desborough Road, High Wycombe, HP11 2QA (“the premises”).

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.
