The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and officers

who were assisting the members were introduced.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

All present confirmed that they had understood the procedure rules that applied to

this hearing.

To consider an application under (s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence) (s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence) (s.51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a review of the premises licence) in respect of Ask Food & Wine, 7-9 Kingsbury Square, Aylesbury (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a new premises licence, in

respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had

been submitted by Ask Food and Wine (“The Applicant”) in relation to 7-9 Kingsbury Square, Aylesbury (“the premises”).

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision

notice.
