The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Officers who were assisting the Members were introduced.

There were none.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To consider an application under s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence in respect of The Royal British Legion Club, 48 Beech Tree Road, Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, HP15 6UT (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a new premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by Innpacked Limited of Suite F8, 10 Whittle Road, Wimborne, BH21 7RU on behalf of their client, Holmer Green Royal British Legion Club Ltd, 48 Beech Tree Road, Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, HP15 6UT (“The Applicant”) in relation to the Holmer Green Royal British Legion at the same address (“the premises”).

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision notice.
