There were no apologies for absence.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

To consider an application under s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence in respect of New Bury Farm, Mill Road, Slapton, LU7 9BT (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application to vary the premises licence in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by Newbury Supplies Limited (“The Applicant”) in relation to New Bury Farm, Mill Road, Slapton, LU7 9BT (“the premises”). Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision notice.
