The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Also in attendance were the applicant and Thames Valley Police who had submitted a representation on this application.

To consider an application under s.51 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a review of the premises licence in respect of Under The Arches, Cornmarket, High Wycombe, HP11 2AY(report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by Mr Riccardo Amabile (“ the applicant”) of 1 Durnsford Road, Bounds Green, London N11 2EP in respect of Under The Arches, Guildhall, High Wycombe HP11 2AY (“the premises”).

 

Following a detailed discussion all parties present confirmed that they were satisfied that they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add. The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached decision notice.
