Members voted in favour of the motion to refuse the application in accordance with officer recommendation subject to an amendment to the reason for refusal to include reference to the lack of parking adding to the unsuitability of the location and harming the vitality of the town centre.

 

It was proposed by Councillor J Macbean, seconded by Councillor M Fayyaz.

 

Resolved: that the application be refused subject to an amendment to the reason for refusal to include reference to the lack of parking adding to the unsuitability of the location and harming the vitality of the town centre.

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion that conditional permission be granted subject to the conditions and informative as per the officer’s report .

 

It was proposed by Councillor M Flys and seconded by Councillor J Waters

 

Resolved: that the application be granted conditional permission in accordance with the officer recommendation.
