74 Oxford Road, New Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 4DN PDF 484 KB To consider an application under s.17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of 74 Oxford Road, New Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 4DN (report attached). Additional documents: Minutes: Members were asked to determine an application for a new premises licence, in respect of which relevant representations had been received. The Application had been submitted by via Solomons Solicitors, North office, 16 Finchley Road, London, NW8 6EB on behalf of their client Mr Ashok Kumar Selvaraj, 4 Rosary Close, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 4NS (“the Applicant”) in respect of 74 Oxford Road, New Denham, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 4DN (“the Premises”).
The applicant’s legal representative requested an adjournment to allow him to try and reach agreement with the Licensing Authority to a revised set of conditions. The Panel granted a short adjournment in the first instance to allow for the applicant, the Licensing officer the applicant’s barrister and the Buckinghamshire Council’s legal representative to confer.
At the resumption of the hearing, the applicant formally withdrew the application. |
