To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 20^th November 2024.

That the minutes of the meeting held on 20^th November 2024 be agreed as a correct record.

Councillor S Morgan declared a non-prejudicial, personal interest in application 24/02590/VRC as a Local Ward Member. She confirmed that she had not made any prior comments on the application prior to the meeting, and felt able to participate in the determination of the application.

Proposal: Change of use from dwellinghouse (Use Class C3b) to a children's home (Use Class C2) including alteration of parking, installation of an Air Source Heat Pump to rear, solar panels on rear roof slope and an electric vehicle charging point attached to the front elevation of the property.

That application 24/03361/APP be APPROVED, subject to the conditions detailed in paragraph nine of the Case Officer’s report.

Proposal: Variation of condition 5 (sale of food) relating to application 93/01756/AOP (retail warehousing).

Note: Councillor S Morgan left the room during the Case Officer’s presentation, and therefore did not participate in the vote on the application.

That application 24/02590/VRC be APPROVED, subject to the conditions detailed in paragraph ten of the Case Officer’s report.

Following deliberations between the applicant and planning officers, and with the agreement of the Chairman, it had been agreed that application 24/02612/APP be withdrawn from the agenda prior to the meeting, to enable a statutory consultation to take place.

To confirm Members’ availability to undertake site visits if required.

Details of any site visits deemed appropriate by the Chairman to occur prior to an application’s consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the committee would be communicated to Members as necessary.
