That the Minutes of the meeting held on 4^th December 2024 be agreed as a correct record.

Proposal: Submission of Reserved Matters (landscaping, appearance, scale and layout) pursuant to outline planning permission 20/03243/AOP (demolition of ancillary garden chalet and erection of a dwelling and garage with access to be considered) and approval of condition 1 (Layout, scale and external appearance of the building(s) and the landscaping of the site) Condition 4 (Details of all screen and boundary walls, fences and other means of enclosure) Condition 5 (Landscaping - hard and soft landscaping, means of enclosure, hard surfacing materials. That application 24/02669/ADP be APPROVED subject to the conditions as detailed in section 11 of the Case Officer’s report.

To confirm Members’ availability to undertake site visits if required.

Details on any site visits deemed appropriate by the Chairman to occur prior to an application’s consideration at the next scheduled meeting of the Committee would be communicated to Members as necessary.
