Councillor T Egleton: Application PL/23/3693/FA – declared that as set out in the Agenda Pack, he was one of the three Members responsible for calling this matter to Committee.  He explained he had considered that given the long and complex planning history of the site, it would be better for the application to be determined at planning committee. Councillor Egleton declared that he had not predetermined and had come to the meeting with an open mind and therefore wish to participate in the decision making for this application.

Part retrospective extension of residential garden and accompanying soft landscaping, erection of 1.8m high timber fence, alterations to existing boundary treatment to provide timber gate with brick posts, formation of hardstanding to form ‘in and out’ driveway.

This application was the subject of a site visit.

Members voted in favour of the motion to approve the application, in line with officer’s recommendation and subject to the conditions as laid out in the officer’s report.
