Erection of 2 x 10m high net fences (45m long and 15m long).

This application was the subject of a site visit.

Members noted the Update.

Members voted unanimously in favour of the motion to approve the application, subject to a variation to Condition 4 of the permission to require the colour of the support poles for the netting to be submitted to and approved by the Council, the aim being that the poles be a dark green rather than black.

It was proposed by Councillor S Guy and seconded by Councillor S Raja.

Resolved: that the application be approved subject to the information added in the Update Sheet and subject to condition 4 being varied to require that the details of the colour of the posts for the proposed netting shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to any posts being erected.
