The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. Members and Officers who were in attendance were introduced.

There were none.

To receive any disclosure of disclosable pecuniary interests by Members relating to any items on the agenda. If any Member is uncertain as to whether an interest should be disclosed, he or she is asked if possible to contact the District Solicitor prior to the meeting.

Members are reminded that if they are declaring an interest, they should state the nature of that interest whether or not they are required to withdraw from the meeting.

All present confirmed that they had read and understood the procedure rules that applied to this hearing.

To consider an application under s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence in respect of Wycombe Sports Club and Cricket Ground, London Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1DE (report attached).

Members were asked to determine an application for a variation to the premises licence which was submitted by High Wycombe Cricket Club (“the applicant”) in respect of Wycombe Sports Club and Cricket Ground, London Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1DE (“the premises”).

Following detailed discussions, all parties confirmed they were satisfied they had received a fair hearing and had nothing further to add.

The Sub-Committee retired to make its decision which can be seen in the attached Decision Notice.
