1.    Condition 16. Prior to occupation of the dwellings hereby permitted a scheme for the provision of electric charging points, including type and location, for each residential dwelling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and the electric charging points provided prior to the occupation of the dwellings and thereafter retained.

·         Reason: To provide adequate services for electric vehicle charging in accordance with the aims of the National Planning Policy Framework 2019 and with the emerging Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan Policy T8.
