Issue - decisions

The Leader:

a.           AUTHORISED the making of the Traffic Regulation Order as set out in this report for the ‘Scotsgrove’ area of Haddenham, for a 40 mph speed limit scheme, as advertised during the Statutory Consultation process.

b.           AGREED that responders to the Statutory Consultation be informed of the Decision

c.           AGREED that the final TRO will be amended to reflect that Platers road will only have the 20 mph speed limit introduced to the publicly maintained section of the highway

Recommendations:

It is recommended that:

a.        The Cabinet Member authorises the making of the Traffic Regulation Order as set out in this report for the ‘Scotsgrove’ area of Haddenham, for a 40 mph speed limit scheme, as advertised during the Statutory Consultation process.

b.       That responders to the Statutory Consultation be informed of the Cabinet Member Decision
