(2) Authorise the Service Director for Commercial Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Accessible Housing and Resources, Head of Legal and the S.151 Officer to conclude negotiations, complete due diligence, arrange finance and exchange/complete on the transaction as set out in this paper and the Confidential Appendix.
