Recommendations:               

That the Leader notes the outcome of the statutory public consultation for the Traffic Regulation Order;

That the Leader approves the making and introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, comprising of parking restrictions within the Elm Farm Estate, Aylesbury, subject to the following amendments to the parking restrictions detailed below:

1.                  ‘Limited Waiting Mon – Sat 8am-10pm 4hrs No Return Within 4hrs’ to be amended to ‘Limited Waiting Mon – Fri 8am-10pm 4hrs No Return Within 4hrs’ on Hazelhurst Drive; and

2.                  ‘No Waiting Mon – Sat 8am-10pm’ to be amended to ‘No Waiting Mon – Fri 8am – 9.30am and 2.30pm – 4pm’ on Waivers Way

Recommendations:

That the Leader notes the outcome of the Statutory Consultation;

That the Leader approves the making and introduction of the Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) as advertised, comprising of movement of traffic restrictions and amendments of parking restrictions along Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield.

The Leader:

 APPROVED the making and introduction of the Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) as advertised, comprising of movement of traffic restrictions and amendments of parking restrictions along Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield.

Recommendations:

Pursuant to Leader Decision in February 2024, approval is sought to:

(1)               Acquire an additional 21 car parking spaces at the Gateway Car Park (as shown in paragraph 1.2)

(2)               Authorise the Service Director for Commercial Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Accessible Housing and Resources, Head of Legal and the S.151 Officer to conclude negotiations, complete due diligence, arrange finance and exchange/complete on the transaction as set out in this paper and the Confidential Appendix.

(3)               Approve the increase of the Capital budget for this project by £115,000 funded from Capital Programme contingency.

Pursuant to the Leader Decision in February 2024, the Leader AGREED:

(1)                         To acquire an additional 21 car parking spaces at the Gateway Car Park (as shown in paragraph 1.2)

(3)                         To approve the increase of the Capital budget for this project by £115,000 funded from Capital Programme contingency.

Recommendations:

To approve entering into a new grant agreement for business support activity with BBF for 2025/26

To approve the delivery schedule for activity from BBF for 2025/26 as set out in Appendix A

Agreement for the release of capital budget from the Service's capital programme to fund bulge class works at Aylesbury Schools to meet the need for additional places.

Recommendations:

1.                  Approve that £100k of unspent Capital contingency on the Green Ridge Primary project can be redirected to a new project, to enable minor works to be undertaken at Turnfurlong Junior School, to accommodate a Year 3 bulge class from September 2025.

2.                  Approve that £250k of unspent contingency on the existing Cottesloe expansion project can be used to undertake refurbishment works to their existing science labs, to accommodate a bulge class for 30 Year 7 pupils from September 2025.

The Leader:

1.                              APPROVED that £100k of unspent Capital contingency on the Green Ridge Primary project can be redirected to a new project, to enable minor works to be undertaken at Turnfurlong Junior School, to accommodate a Year 3 bulge class from September 2025.
