The Leader AGREED to dispose of the freehold interest of land known as Handy X Hub Phase 4, on the broad terms set out paragraph 1.2 of the report, with authority given to the Director of Property and Assets, subject to consultation with the Cabinet Member for Property and Assets, the S151 Director and the Director of Finance, to agree final terms for the disposal of the asset in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Confidential Annex, agree binding contracts, exchange and subject to planning, complete.
This decision is being taken under Special Urgency provisions for commercial expediency reasons.

This report details the key performance indicators and targets being proposed for reporting to Cabinet in 2020/21 - the first year of Buckinghamshire Council. If agreed, reporting against these indicators will commence for Quarter 2.
Proposed key performance indicators and the associated targets to be reported to Cabinet have been agreed within each Directorate and with each portfolio holder. These will be reviewed on an annual basis.
RESOLVED:
- Cabinet agreed the key performance indicators for 2020/21 with the caveat that indicators for how the council might help mitigate climate change be considered.
- Cabinet agreed the associated targets for 2020/21, subject to the target for indicator ASC 006 being reviewed.

The school is presently a Voluntary Controlled school and they are consulting on a proposal that they become a Voluntary Aided school. If agreed the main changes would be that the board becomes the employer of the school's staff, increased control over their admissions and the Oxford Diocese became responsible for any on-going and future capital works at the school.
