To award the ‘Childrens Advocacy Service’ contract and the ‘Integrated Advocacy Service’ contract following the recommission of both contracts and the completion of the tender process.
Childrens Advocacy Services- to ensure
children are actively involved in decisions surrounding their
current and future care, to provide them with positive role models
and help them develop self-advocacy skills for later in life.
Integrated Advocacy Service- to meet statutory requirements to help
people, including young people transitioning to adult services, to
understand and be part of the process when reviewing/ setting up
care packages, to help them raise concerns and protect their
rights.
