Hackney Carriage Tariffs

 

 

To approve the maximum fares charged by Buckinghamshire Council licensed hackney carriages. To authorise the Head of Licensing to carry out the necessary advertising requirements to comply with section 65 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976. Subject to there being no objections following consultation, authority be delegated to the Corporate Director of Communities to adopt the proposed fares.
