Issue details
As part of Lidl's planning approval
21/05488/FUL for the Removal of an existing boundary wall and
erection of part single/part two storey side/rear and single storey
rear extensions with new trolley bay and bollard. Planning
Condition 3 requires them to Install a pedestrian crossing facility
on Liston Road.
In fact there is already an uncontrolled crossing point in this
location, but the planning drawings require the new one to be on a
raised table. It is the raising element that requires this
additional element of consultation.
