Quarterly Performance Report 2018-19 - Quarter 1 PDF 522 KB Members to note the Quarterly Performance Report for Quarter 1 2018-19
Lead Officer: Henry Allmand Minutes: Members received a report which detailed workload and performance review for the Quarter April to June 2018. The report summarised performance in four key areas of work, planning applications, appeals, enforcement and informal enquiries, together with a brief commentary on each section. Members were reminded that if they were not receiving a response from a case officer regarding an application then contact the Group Manager, Henry Allmand, for investigation.
RESOLVED –
That the report and update be noted.
