Minutes: RESOLVED – That the application be deferred and delegated to Officers for approval subject to the completion of a legal agreement as outlined in the officer’s report and subject to conditions as considered appropriate by officers including relating to Tree Protection of trees to south of boundary and a Construction Management Plan with implementation on site clearance, rather than on commencement, in view of highway implications of construction vehicles. If this cannot be achieved then the application will be refused for reasons as considered appropriate by Officers.
