That the Cabinet Member formally confirms the following recommendations of the Governance Panel

 

1.         That the following be appointed or re-appointed as representatives of the Local Education Authority on school governing bodies, subject to their willingness to serve:

2.                  That approval be given to the Instrument of Government for a change of name from Mandeville School to The Mandeville School Specialist Sports College, see Appendix A of the report.

 

3.                  That approval be given to the Instrument of Government for Bourton Meadow School detailing the change to Foundation Status, see Appendix B of the report.

 

4.                  That approval be given to the Instrument of Government for Tylers Green First School to reflect an increase in the number of staff governors by one, see Appendix C of the report.
