1.         Noted the comments received in relation to Phase 1 of the trial;

2.         Noted the comments received as a result of the Phase 2 consultation;

3.         Approved the sites proposed for Phase 2 to be taken forward so that the enhancement measures required can be completed and the lights switched off from April 2008.
