Purpose

For members of the group to find out how various BCC service areas use LAFs currently and how they could use them in the future.  Potential improvements to LAFs and how they work in practice to meet the service and communities needs.

Purpose

For members of the group to find out how the Police use LAFs and their interaction with NAGs.  The future role of LAFs against a backdrop of changes in police service delivery, and any LAF improvements required.

BCC Locality Services Manager

Purpose

For members of the review group to explore how LAFs could respond to some of the issues raised, and how they could develop in the future.  Also to understand what changes and improvements are already planned, and the potential to use alternative methods to LAFs to perform their functions.
